90 minutes of Ashtanga Vinyasa : Ashtanga Vinyasa method is a living, breathing practice that draws on deep tradition, it is dynamic , energetic and structured, done in a continuous fast paced manner during which we hold postures for five long breaths which enables us to experience the full expression of every pose, activating the deeper tissues to build strength, flexibility and stability.
