There will be regular warriorflow morning classes , these are for those of you familiar to my stye of yoga and as I cannot offer supervision would not be suitable for beginners. In the evenings I will offer WarriorYinFlow - these are more suitable for those of you who may be new to my style or for those who want to expereince a more restorative yoga - we hold the postures longer to work deep into the myofascia - great for before bed time to slip off into a deep sleep.
