Practicing Hot yoga goes above and beyond when it comes to relieving our stress. A 60 minute/90 minute session is the true definition of mind over matter. Doing Yoga in a heated room increases your pulse rate and metabolism, this in turn makes circulation easier and increases blood flow to the extremities.
The natural process of perspiration releases toxins from our bodies using sweat as the conduit. We mainly release excess salt, cholesterol and alcohol. Which means that hot yoga will help de-bloat us, clean our clogged arteries (and just maybe help with a hangover).
The endorphin rush you receive after completing a 60/90 minute sweat session will leave you feeling like there’s nothing you can’t accomplish, it will build inner confidence.

I am a classically trained ballet dancer, with qualification from the British Wheel of Yoga, having extensively trained with The Art of Contemporary Yoga school on Myofascia Principles.
With more than 19 years of teaching experience behind me, I have a wide and diverse range of clients from corporates, athletes, runners, and cyclists to dancers and professional horse riders.
About my yoga classes
I am a London Yoga Trainer based in Kent. I focus on Myofascia alignment in the body.
Small drop-in classes are held +- 6 x a week - more suited to those with Yoga experience as these are done in heat and are a strong, dynamic, flowing practice aimed at toning the body, lengthening the limbs and harnessing the mind by focusing the breath
Slower more restorative classes can be held as private bookings.
Classes are drop-in but pre-booking is essential, if you prefer to book one-to-one sessions or small group sessions in your own home I can tailor yoga classes to your needs and ability.
